Idea: make AI duel countdown shorter when >10 players

When the servers are underpopulated it'd be nice to have quicker access to games. Maybe cut the wait time down to about a half or so when their aren't many folks on? You can always just turn AI off if your really worried about getting matched up.

I honestly think that you wouldn't need one for the proposed changes. Functionally, the menu items for the 'kill with' idea would be the equivalent of setting taboos (though in a way that allows the game to do all of the book keeping via "objectives" that appear once you start the match)

They don't really cancel each other out as they stack on one another. ex. It'd be curious to see what it'd be like if taboos could prohibit mega spells from being generated. Might make them more consequential in general. Thinking something like a fading of the mega spell icon on the staff.
