Re: v1.5 - Wizard Nobles Table is Not Reasonably Functional

+1 The category system is most definitely the way to go. On a related note: As stated in a prior thread, I am currently a Lord in my own realm after purchasing the upgrade. One idea would be limiting how long a lord can be accepted into realms after being submitted. This forces users to resubmit the...

Re: Let's Not Forget Social RPG Features

As someone who just recently upgraded to king standing, I was quite surprised to find the difficulty of the realm construction process. This comes right after the tools update, and as someone going in without knowledge of the system prior to the update, it is a little overwhelming. If this is indeed...

Optional side objectives
A means of adding side objectives to these lord fights, these can be strictly encounter based thus be an optional goal for players to accomplish like keeping their named mercs alive.
This. A more supported subquest system would be very interesting to see added to realms.

Re: Writing resources

One resource I use, for both rhyming and other applications, is RhymeZone
http://rhymezone.com/

Quite helpful for searching for that perfect word; includes synonyms, antonyms, descriptors, and all sorts of other tools for selecting words.

Re: 1.2 Development 'wants'

At first I strongly disliked the realm system, which was a disappointment for me as a PvE kind of guy. However, upon playing the new, more moderated realms, I am really enjoying them and am really hoping for their expansion. If I wasn't so broke, I would consider paying the extra $50 (already a lord...

Re: Allying and invading without entering realms

I also agree with this. I've had a tough time finding allies or even volunteering as an ally, and that really makes the 1 nontransferable ally counter rather irrelevant. I think this could be supplemented by not making allies/invaders realm specific. I am unaware of the new realm development tools c...

Re: Possibility of 2 v 2 in offline version?

I am looking forward to the possibility of 2 vs 2 against bots. Nice way to introduce someone to the game without stomping them into dust after the two bots are dead. Of course serious improvements to the AI wizards is necessary first. As it stands, the AI wizards can easily be exploited in terms of...

Re: The Disbelieve Spell (v.22)

I can see your point, but to unsuccessfully disbelieve is similar to losing one of your own monsters, or perhaps even more devastating, plus illusions have the ability to resist subversion as is. Though I admit I had not been playing pre-mana, so I can't judge the change in the balance.

Re: The Disbelieve Spell (v.22)

For the rather catastrophic chance of wasting your cast by falsely disbelieving, I think a small gain of mana wouldn't be too much to ask for a successful one. I've played matches where I've gotten at least 2 in a single turn, possibly a bonus for multiple correct uses within the turn. This would di...
