Inspired by this video https://youtu.be/AhziykOL4r4 (thanks Mazy) the Benevolent Order of Mages challenges you to a game of thrust parry and riposte. A to-and-fro. A pally rally.

A equipped chaos match up which restricts players to staff to staff wizardry and mace to face combat.
Mace to see you, to see you mace
The idea is to promote petty retaliation and for as long as possible. To this end we would apply some custom rules
- Wizard or paladin combat only
- Keep the faith: Ain't no disbelieving
Basically we're striving for longevity so anything to help defence is welcome. If we focus on Law, we increase the likelyhood of casting those Shields and totems and the more chance we have paladins in our decks. Spend non-combat turns casting law spells to get the law on our side. Burn the chaos for mana (you might want to hold on to that manticore if you don't have unicorn).
- Law staff
- High defence frock
- Bind paladin
- Paladin mega spell
- Bind defensive spells, shield, guardian totem, magic wood
- Bind unicorn, Pegasus
- Retaliation enthused talisman
The victors will be the last wizards standing. Calling yourselves Mace Windu is optional.
Mark Morrison's Return of the Mace
Small edit to remove the suggestion of limiting the attack, because you actually want to win, don't you?
What a paladin you're making
Look for Mace Ventura in the custom asyncs!
