It'd be nice to be able to reward a player who makes a quick kill.
If defeating a wizard king gives 50 points, you could set an option whereby that point score drops by 2 for each turn with the battle.
This would, I think, give players a stronger incentive to go back a beat their previous realm scores.
This could be an optional setting that the realm designer applies if they wished to.

Re: Reward for quick kills
I was thinking about this along with all of the other variables that could be factored into realm score. Having different variables that factor into the overall realm score in both the realm and battle layer could add alot of tension, and making every click in every realm you play matter. Whether your choosing to go off the path to pick up a merc, or whether your deciding in battle whether to risk a move to go in for the kill faster, maybe sacrificing a merc in the process.
Could be neat to explore.
