A Personal Note - Why gary?
Well I have been playing this game since the prototype back in 2014 and in all that time gary has been there. He has broken every record that could be broken - the first to earn godhood through karma, the first to hit level 77, the first to warn 100,000 gold etc. He has been a constant advocate for this game and still is - despite some areas he feels could be improved.
In that time he has proved to be a fierce competitor yet always finds time to assist new players and explain the sometimes complex nuances of the game.
For me he has been my constant ally in Realms play. Back in the day when there were fewer players than today we would have the Realms to ourselves and we romped through them with abandon - earning me the "Ultimate Flying Jimbat" (move 9 before Storm Rider) in the process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FNgyGJN0_Y
I am the player I am today thanks to him. I could not help but create this Guild as a result.
He also dislikes the attention and has not yet chosen to enodrse us yet which I find amusing.
