    Just play custom games Doof, you can kill as many wizards as you like and will receive a consistent amount of jack for doing so ;-)

    No. It's winner take all. E.g., in a 4FFA match where Wizard A kills Wizards B and C, but Wizard D kills Wizard A, then Wizard D gets the ELO for defeating the three other wizards and not just one. And Wizards A, B, and C suffer the ELO penalty of losing against just one wizard.

    Yes. You win the match, you get credit for defeating all three. You lose, you get credit for just one defeat.

    One caveat: this is just from my experience and loose observations.
