  • In Creature Taboo fights the Icarus Tower is your main creature unit on the board. Reducing its frequency would affect those creature taboo fights and render even more advantage to the A.I. with reinforcements. Still, I see validity for reducing frequency. It can be strong in Chaos and worthless in Law.

Taboo fights are something different. Frequency values effectively go up under any kind of taboo because the size of the available spell pool comes down but the deck size stays the same.

Structure/Tower frequency naturally becomes higher under creature taboos, you can't draw creature cards, this rules out roughly half the spells.

Creature taboo decks will consist solely of structures/non-creatures no matter what their base frequency values. A creature taboo effectively doubles the base frequency of every remaining available card (including tower frequency).

Therefore you are more likely to draw several tower spells when there's no chance of drawing any creature spells ..but on the off chance that you don't draw any towers it still wouldn't matter, you can win a creature taboo fight with any combination of non-creature spells.
