When you first go into the main screen and press equip button to choose your body gear etc and come into main the press Duel button the following duel timer box appear over the Duel & league Tab.

But if you go back into the equip tab during the timer and come out of it again the Duel Waiting tab is now placed under the Duel & league Tab.
